Do you miss the simpler days when you were a kid and you could waste hours colouring in your colouring book? Designer Sara Bigwood of Pixie Rah Designs aims to recreate that feeling for adults. She’s come up with an interesting Sweary Coloring Book for grownups that comprises 20 curse words.

Did you know that not only are people who swear emotionally healthier, they also have a higher level of verbal intelligence than people who don’t. New research recently published in the journal of Language Sciences shows that swearing is a sign of verbal intelligence.

Prior to launching her book on Kickstarter, Sara sold the offensive colouring pages individually. They eventually became so popular that they inspired her to turn them into a collection. Now the spiral-bound volume comes with hand drawn designs printed on single-sided 160 gsm paper, ideal for markers, pens, watercolour or pencils. View some of the designs below.
