Infographic: Salary trends for 2017

If you’re hoping for a raise this year, you’re not alone. Most job seekers list salary as their number one consideration when looking for a new job. So if companies want to capture the attention of talent, they need to offer competitive salaries that accurately reflect employees’ job title, location and experience level.

And according to the following infographic by Roth Staffing, 2017 will see a rise in salary for most markets. That’s good news for potential job candidates. However, in order to enjoy the benefits, you’ll have to prepare to be more proactive in your work. I should note that these are US stats, but Canadians can also benefit from these salary trends in 2017.
