Business cards transform into mini bow and arrow

Businesses can be downright cutthroat at times. That’s why Australian communication design studio Filter has designed these weaponized business cards for digital media production company, Longbow.

The ideal business card for Robin Hood and his merry gang—if people had business cards back then. These cards are laser cut from a thin piece of mahogany. They’re then perforated and etched with the Longbow name and information, done by Potato Press. The business cards can then be broken into three parts and assembled into a tiny bow and arrow set. All you need to provide a rubber band and a toothpick to make it a function.

Given that the company’s name is Longbow, it’s both clever and appropriate that the flexible middle part of the business card turns into this particular weapon. Take a look at it below or learn how to build a crossbow out of simple office supplies.

Do you think that a mini bow and arrow is a good thing to hand out to people? Or are they just begging for a personal injury lawsuit? Share your thoughts.
