So if companies want to capture the attention of talent, they need to offer competitive salaries that accurately reflect employees’ job title, location and experience level.

And according to the following infographic by Roth Staffing, 2017 will see a rise in salary for most markets. That’s good news for potential job candidates. A little more on the expected salary trends for Canadians: employee health and benefits are among the priorities of HR leaders. Salary increases are likely to remain modest at 2.1 per cent for 2017. That’s down from the 2.5 per cent projected last year.
