A niche grocery store, Kosher Gourmet, specializes in kosher meats, sushi and different types of soups and sauces.

About the project

The client wanted to create a series of unique soup and sauce labels for their line of in-house products. In order to allow the labels grab customer attention on the shelves, a modern, bold, sans serif typeface was selected on a black background. Images were selected that would represent the sauce that they were most commonly used for. They were then given a brush effect to symbolize the application of a sauce. A similar effect was also given to the logo background of the sauce labels.
