Liz Johnston is an award-winning Toronto-based realtor; and is part of Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, Brokerage. The client wanted to differentiate herself from other real estate agents who use the basic branding and collateral from Sotheby’s. A new, classier, more high-end real estate branding was devised using a colour scheme of light greys. A simple signature logo was created, as well as point-of-sale template. This the client could use to showcase homes that she sells; as well as collateral materials and new business cards.
