Liz Johnston is an award-winning Toronto-based realtor; who is also part of Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, Brokerage. The client wanted to better establish herself in the Toronto real estate market amongst the other numerous realtors. Since most realtors use a simple, customizable, and somewhat bland template from their brokerage, the client wanted a custom designed website. Thus, the new responsive design needed to appealed to her high-end clientele. After creating her new branding, a concept for her website was created using whites, silvers and greens.

Working within the confines of real estate web host ReAlign and their CMS, the site was developed and integrated with MLS listings, mortgage and tax calculators, neighbourhood listings and downloadable resources for homeowners.
