Quite possibly the best thing to happen to facial hair is the World Beard and Moustache Championship. For more than 25 years, the semi-annual competition has turned growing and grooming into a high-class art form.

And this year, thousands of facial hair aficionados flocked to Austin, Texas to take in the spectacle. The winners were selected from a range of categories including moustache, partial and full-beards; with Best in Show given to Jason Kiley for his perfectly-styled facial hair.
