You can now eat mist that tastes of bacon, cotton candy & chocolate
Have ever wished you could eat all the bacon, cotton candy, and chocolate you wanted without worrying about your calories? Lick Me I’m Delicious, which was founded by Charlie Harry Francis, has created a machine in which you can eat flavoured mist.
The device uses ultrasonic vaporization to create a microscopic mist, which consumers can suck up through a straw. Dubbed the Edible Mist Machine, the device can produce up to 200 flavours; allowing you taste these foods without consuming the calories.
“It’s a pretty fun machine. The range of flavours is massive and we can also produce a personalized mist from pretty much anything in the world,” says Charlie.
Lick Me I’m Delicious is an experimental events company that has created other novel food inventions: such as a liquid nitrogen ice cream buggy, ice cream pottery gramophone wheel, instant lollipop maker, and soup washing machine. They’ve also created a new glow-in-the-dark ice cream from jelly fish protein.
The Edible Mist Machine costs $10,000US (approx. $13,187CDN), and would make a cool novelty at any party. Take a look at the video below to see how it works.
The machines can be hired through the company by heading to their website. Would you try this, or do you prefer to feel the texture of food in your mouth?
