The 2015 Edition features 24 different craft beers from coast-to-coast across Canada and the United States. Whether giving it as a gift — most likely for yourself — whoever gets one will undoubtedly be subject to great envy and jealousy.

Of the 24 craft beers featured in the 2015 calendar, most have been made specifically for the Craft Beer Advent Calendar and are not available anywhere else in the world.

The Canada-made Advent calendar is available in liquor stores in seven provinces and territories. If you can find one — because they sell-out quickly — it’ll set you back around CDN$150. However, on the cheaper end of the scale, Costco Canada also stocks a different beer Advent calendar that sells for about CDN$90.

Whiskey Advent calendars

If you’re more of a hard-liquor connoisseur, the Scotch Whiskey Advent Calendar is available across Alberta and Saskatchewan for about CDN$400. Also found online is the Whisky Advent Calendar, which contains 24 wax sealed sample drams containing top quality whiskies from top distilleries in Scotland and around the world.

As in previous years, these calendars are expected to sell-out quickly, so consumers are encouraged to contact their local retailer to inquire about reserving a package sooner, rather than later.
