Tiny 3-inch Chanel ankle bag comes at a not-very-teeny price of US$900
A tiny Chanel bag that made its debut over a decade ago has recently caught social media users off balance. Model and reality star Kendall Jenner posted an Instagram Story showing off the Chanel ankle bag to her followers with the caption, “It only fits joy.”
The tiny black ankle bag appears to be the size of a coin purse, measuring at just 3 by 3.5 inches, seems only be able to fit a credit card or house key. After this bag first hit the runway in 2007, it reportedly sold out because of the excitement over the small accessory. But if the 22-year-old Kendall was trying to start another trend, people on the internet were not interested; many comparing the Chanel ankle bag to the ankle bracelet that Lindsay Lohan wore.
“Thought she’d been arrested with a tag on,” teased Twitter user Benjamin McGuinness.

However, if you’re looking to snag a bag for yourself, the quilted purse has been brought back for a short reissue. While there aren’t many left, they’re being sold by luxury reseller The RealReal for just under US$900, according to Harper’s Bazaar. Kendall, however, seemed to have snapped up one of the few remaining bags from the site.
Can’t bring yourself to fork out US$900 for this tiny Chanel ankle bag? What about this Prada money clip that looks like a paperclip?
