We all have them: the asshole client. There’s no getting around it; you’re going to encounter them from time to time working in design. And as much as we’d all like to believe that what goes around comes around, the reality is they don’t get what’s coming. In fact, a recent study surmised that CEOs are four times more likely than the average person to be a psychopath.

Now that’s not to say that every client you meet will be an asshole client; there are plenty of good ones out there. But those who come to you with abrupt and frequent alterations aren’t the only things that can make an asshole client.
