2. Take 30 minutes each morning to perfect your plan
Start your day wisely: by planning your day to be more effective. Use the time you usually spend browsing your smartphone at breakfast to make your schedule for the day more detailed instead. Include all of the micro-tasks that you want to accomplish.
3. Track your work

The key point is to stay motivated while moving through a list of tasks. If you’re working on a big project, you would need to put in a lot of time before seeing the final outcome.
